United Kingdom only. I do not currently post outside the UK.

Cost

TBD — flat rate, e.g. £3.95 per order. The rate is shown on every product page and again at checkout before you pay. There are no other charges.

How long it takes

Everything is made to order, so the wait is print time plus post time.

• TBD — dispatch time, e.g. ships in 3–5 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — typically 2–3 working days after dispatch

If something is going to take longer than that, I will email you rather than let you wonder.

If it does not arrive

Email hello@birdworks.uk. Under UK consumer law your order should reach you within 30 days unless we agree otherwise. If it does not, you can ask me to deliver again or cancel for a full refund.

Damaged in the post

Tell me within a reasonable time and send a photograph if you can. I will replace it or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you.
