I am a sole trader based in the United Kingdom and not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on these prices.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when I email to confirm your order has been accepted. If I cannot fulfil it — a print failure, a colour I have run out of — I will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include everything except delivery, which is shown separately before you pay.
Colour choices
Where a product is made of several parts, you choose a colour for each part during checkout. I print what you selected. Please check your selections before paying — if you spot a mistake, email me quickly and I will change it if printing has not started.
Filament colours vary slightly between batches, and screens vary more. Photographs are a good guide, not an exact match.
What you are buying
These are 3D printed objects made to order. Layer lines are visible, small variations between prints are normal, and dimensions may vary by a fraction of a millimetre. None of that is a fault.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
See Shipping andReturns and cancellations. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Third-party games and trademarks
Birdworks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher. Where a product is described as working with a particular game, that describes compatibility only. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
I am responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of my breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. I do not limit liability where the law does not allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Complaints and law
Email hello@birdworks.uk and I will reply within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
